80’s Black Clutch Bag Handbag by Palizzio1980's black clutch purse by Palizzio. Envelope style with a fold over flap snap closing. The top holds a flat wide handle which you could slip your hand through. Outside is a patterned fabric and the inside is a black satin. Inside holds an open pocket and a zipper compartment.
