This skirt has a high low hem, with the front 10" shorter than the back. The skirt fastens in the back with two buttons, two snaps and a drawstring that ties. The waist is 34" at its max length, and adjusts smaller with the drawtring. The length is 25"in the front, 35" in the back. It has a purple lining. It appears to be homemade. There is one
