Bill Ballan Fly Reel 3 1/4"A Bill Ballan fly reel, 3 1 4" in diameter. Feels like a relatively neutral bias. Black sideplates and spool, with silver frame, foot, and s handle and oil port cover. Used condition with minor wear overall to the frame and sideplates. Comes in a non original cordura zippered case.
