Description
Hardy Perfect Fly Reel 2 5/8" with spare spoolA nice Hardy Perfect fly reel, 2 5 8" diameter, set up for RHW. There are some faint mounting marks on the foot but the reel appears mint and unfished otherwise. Flawless agate. Spare spool has a line sticker on the inside but appears unused and comes in an olive neoprene pouch. The reel comes with box, zippered leather reel case, and paperwork.
The capacity is approximately WF8 plus 100 yards of 20# backing
and a band of green and red at the keeper and male ferrules
This rod came directly from the Kushner estate after his death
For sale here is an excellent condition Malloch japanned salmon fly box with a cork insert for flies
Rod was given a polish by Steve Blake
The rod has a frost anodized downlocking screwlock seat over a walnut spacer
All three spools included with this sale are lined
All sections are striaght and the ferrule fits are perfect
