70’s Black and Tan Striped Fit and Flare Dress by ACT IVintage 1970s (possibly 80s) dress. Black and tan striped. Crew neckline with a keyhole and button. Bodice has box pleats and long puffy sleeves with button cuffs. Matching 36 1 2" belt with a single sliding buckle. It's wider in back and tapers in front. Full midi, below the knee length skirt. Slip on style. Lightweight polyester material. Brand ACT I Tagged size 11 12 but please double check measurements in photos for accurate fit. Great vintage
