While there is a hint of vegetal on the now fully mature aromas of spicy secondary fruit

A classic Napa Cabernet Sauvignon with sweet tannin

with a hint of earthy mushroom to the yeasty flavours

mint and licorice come together in this complete Cabernet

poached plum

vanilla and black truffle with a stylish ‘garrigue’ touch

spicy and quite floral nose that features mostly dark berry fruit liqueur-like scents

mineral and chalky

There is a floral characteristic

There is a really lovely sense of underlying tension suffusing the much more mineral-driven middle weight flavors that are not quite as rich but notably more precise on the chiseled and wonderfully refined finish
