There is some varnish meltdown and rust on some of the guides and some damage to the wraps. The cane itself is in great condition, no delaminaton and the ferrules are also in good shape. All of the original script is intact. The reel seat though dirty is also great as well as the cork. This rod is an absolute classic among Heddon fans
