Full length sections with original bag and tube with nice Payne label. This rod has an uplocking screw lock reel seat with Payne's standard Spanish cedar spacer. Wraps are chestnut brown with red tipping. Red agate stripping guide. Grip is soiled from honest use. As shown in the photos, there is a "145" scratched into the bottom of the butt

The rod features one and two dots at the tip section ferrules to distinguish one from another

Includes the original bag and a handsome solid brass tube with

an oil finish with varnished wraps and script
