Company of Wisps (topper)Company of Wisps is an ethereal mix of pink reflective glitter and shimmer in a clear base. This polish will NOT build to opacity on its own, it is meant to be worn over a tinted base coat or color. Looks good in 1 or 2 coats over a creme polish or 3 coats on its own if you like VNL (visible nail line). Will dry textured! I recommend our white or pink tinted base coat for this polish if you want to wear it in 3 coats by itself. Use our Plump & Juicy
