Shinas Estate The ExecutionerThe Executioner is a blend of Shiraz 55%, Cabernet Sauvignion 43% and Viognier 2%. This wine receives 2 years of barrel aging and 1 year of bottle aging prior its release. The Executioner is a wine worth dying for, production is so small its a crime punishable by death.

Retronaut is a sourced single malt Irish whiskey which is exclusively matured in ex bourbon casks for 17 years and limited to 1140 bottles

a few drops of water unleashes lemongrass and hayfield

a portion of the dram was aged in ex-peated barrels so for those searching you may encounter a light smoke influence

It is named after three whiskies carefully blended together (married) by a master distiller

everything in this blend was in second use ISC barrels (new oak) until being transferred to a first-fill Moscatel barrel for about 2 months
