Guilloche Silver Plated Compact Wristlet Purse Vintage Powder Rouge 1930'sThis is a stunning vintage 1930's white guilloche enamel powder and rouge wristlet compact purse in lovely condition. It has no hallmarks; and measures approximately 2 1 8 inches in diameter and is 5 16th of an inch in thickness. The compact has a gorgeous repousse design around the top and bottom edge and a intricate guilloche pattern on the bottom; and is silver plated. It has a beautiful 6 inch in total length wristlet chain for carrying. The

as the interior is clean

with it's gold plating and unique floral raised enamel design

and it appears that a powder compartment may have been removed from the piece

with a blank cartouche for engraving on the front

as is the pretty bar and link chain and frame

and is in terrific cosmetic condition with only one tiny spot of slight enamel discoloration on the back top edge of the enamel

at the beginning it was manufactured with a rectangular cover over the flint wheel and a round-shaft wand

The piece measures approximately 3 inches in length by 2 inches in width
