FOIL JUNIOR FEEL BETTER RAINBOW SHINE BALLOONS 30" AirLoonzAirLoonz are large scale, air only balloons that have two inflation points: one for the top peice & one for the base. AirLoonz can be filled with air using an air inflator or hand pump. Includes an easy to place elastic strap for assembly. AirLoonz require additional weight for stabilization. The balloon and base can be used separately. AirLoonz will not float with helium.
