1960s Tulip Pedestal Dining Table, 174W by Eero Saarinen for Knoll with Laminate Top and Cast Iron BaseThis is an early Saarinen Pedestal Dining Table, Model 174W, originally designed in 1956 by Eero Saarinen for Knoll. This particular piece was produced circa early 1960s. The base is formed of molded solid cast iron, powder coated in a white (now off white) satin finish. Its top is made of white laminate over medium density fiberboard. It is finished with a beveled edge, giving the piece its iconic side profile. The table measures 47. 5 inches in
